Regular Maintenance Cleans

Our Maintenance Cleans are designed to keep already reasonably clean homes fresh, hygienic, and manageable week to week. Every home is different, so all cleans are tailored to suit your property and lifestyle.

To ensure we can properly maintain your home, all regular maintenance cleans begin with an initial deep clean. This allows us to bring the property up to our standard before moving onto ongoing upkeep cleans.

Maintenance cleans are available on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Please note, if cleans are left for longer periods, the property may require a deep clean rather than a maintenance clean due to the level of build-up.

Domestic Deep Cleans

Our Domestic Deep Cleans are a much more detailed, in-depth clean and are highly recommended before starting regular maintenance cleans.

These cleans are far more detailed than a standard domestic clean and focus on tackling built-up dirt, grease, limescale, dust, and neglected areas throughout the property.

They're also perfect if you're moving into a new property — start fresh in a home that's been cleaned top to bottom before you unpack.

Prices are a guide only and assume the property is in average condition and empty of belongings. Heavily soiled properties, excessive limescale, mould, nicotine staining, pet hair, rubbish removal or post-construction dust may incur additional charges.

Full Reset Cleans

Our Full Reset Cleans are exactly that — a complete top-to-toe deep clean with no corner missed. Designed for homes that need a full refresh and reset.

Pricing: Due to the level of detail involved, these cleans are priced on a day rate rather than by the hour and must be viewed before a quotation can be provided.

Our Nicotine Cleans are designed for properties affected by heavy smoking, nicotine staining, and smoke odours. These cleans go far beyond a standard deep clean and focus on removing built-up residue from surfaces throughout the home or property.

Training Cleans

From time to time we offer discounted Training Cleans — real-home appointments where new team members build their skills, confidence and speed under the supervision of an experienced cleaner. We advertise them on our social media pages whenever they're available.

Because the work is carried out by someone still in training, a Training Clean isn't guaranteed to match the standard of one of our long-term, fully trained team — which is exactly why it's offered at a reduced rate. Our supervisor reviews the work and touches up anything below standard. A deposit secures your booking, with the balance payable in cash on completion.

We welcome constructive feedback, as it helps us support and develop our team. By booking a Training Clean you acknowledge that its primary purpose is staff training and development.

Domestic cleaning FAQs

Do you clean ovens and carpets?

Yes — oven cleaning and carpet cleaning are available as add-on services. We use a trusted local company for carpets; there's no extra charge for arranging it, and they invoice you separately for their service.

Can I skip a regular clean?

No — your slot is reserved for you all year round. We turn down work months in advance to protect our regulars' days, so cleans can't run on an ad-hoc basis. If you're away, we're happy to do a deeper clean in your slot instead. You're entitled to 2 holidays per year — please give as much notice as possible so we can fill the slot. If a fixed slot doesn't suit you, we can move you to our ad-hoc list.

Do you clean hoarder or heavily neglected properties?

Yes — we're a non-judgemental team and understand that every client's situation is different.

Do you offer decluttering and organising?

Yes, we offer decluttering and reorganisation as an additional service.

Is there anything you won't clean?

A couple of things. We don't clean TV or monitor screens, as some are very sensitive and easily damaged by cleaning. We also won't touch bins that contain sanitary waste. Anything else, just ask.

How much notice do I need to give to cancel?

We require 4 weeks' notice for cancellation of regular domestic services.
