What areas do you cover?
We cover Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Southbourne, Boscombe, Ringwood, New Milton and surrounding areas. For full day cleans and larger jobs we're happy to travel further afield — just enquire.
Are you insured?
Yes — we are fully insured for both domestic and commercial cleaning.
Are your cleaners DBS checked?
Yes. All staff are DBS checked, highly trained and work to company standards.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we provide professional products and equipment unless otherwise discussed.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No — many clients provide access via a key safe, neighbour or an agreed safe place. Access arrangements are the client's responsibility; if we can't gain access, the clean will still be chargeable. We generally don't hold keys.
Do you guarantee the same cleaner?
We always aim to keep the same cleaner allocated to your property where possible. Our staff work in teams of two, so at least one cleaner will always know the property.
What happens if my regular cleaner is sick?
We work as a team, meaning cleans are always covered during sickness and holidays — so your schedule isn't disrupted.
How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on the type of clean, property size, condition and requirements. Maintenance cleans start from £50 and deep cleans from £125. Contact us for a personalised quote.
How do I pay?
Cash can be left on the day in a clearly labelled envelope — our cleaners won't pick up unlabelled money. Invoiced clients are billed ahead of their cleans and can pay in advance or on the morning of the clean; standing order is the easiest setup. Card payments are coming soon — we're setting up a card machine.
Are there any hidden charges?
No — all pricing is discussed beforehand. Additional tasks outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
How do I get a free quote?
All quotes are free with no obligation. Get in touch through our contact page — we usually need the property size, number of bathrooms, type of clean required, current condition, photos or videos where possible, and any specific requests.
Do you use contracts?
Regular and commercial clients may receive terms and conditions to protect both parties and reserve cleaning slots.
What if I am unhappy with something?
Please contact us within 24 hours and we will always aim to resolve any genuine concerns fairly and professionally.
