Bournemouth Clean Freaks

How we handle your information.

What we collect when you contact us through this site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Bournemouth Clean Freaks is a cleaning company based in Dorset. We're the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website. You can reach us on 07398 970 014 or admin@bournemouthcleanfreaks.co.uk.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and the message you send us.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand how the site is performing — both are designed to work without setting cookies or storing personal identifiers.

If you accept the cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used. Nothing from Google Analytics loads until you choose “Accept”, and you're free to decline. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it any time by clearing the site's data.

How we use it

We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, and (if you become a customer) arrange the work. We don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Your form submission is delivered to our inbox by Resend. Before it reaches our server, a one-off bot check is run by Cloudflare Turnstile, which doesn't store anything that identifies you. This website is hosted by Vercel, who process the basic technical information needed to serve pages. If you accept the cookie banner, usage data is also processed by Google through Google Analytics. We don't share your information with anyone else without your permission, except where we're required to by law.

How long we keep it

We hold enquiry information for as long as it's needed to deal with your request. If you become a customer, we'll keep records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically six years). If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected if it's wrong, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and make a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any of these rights, get in touch.
